Would RecommendAs with all my Skil tools, this one is reliable, fast, powerful, accurate and easy to use. It seems rugged and well built. It was very well priced for what it is, and much less than the less powerful, more awkward-to-use cordless models. I mean, how often do I use a jigsaw that it has to be cordless? Would RecommendGood tool . I was looking at the battery one but for my personal use opted for the electric one . One arm bevel adjustment is great as well as the orbital choices .

Great saw
Very happy with this purchase! I had finally worn out my budget B&D jig saw and needed a new one. I really like that this one can take any shank blade and that it is so easy to swap blades. No tools required.

Good to ok type of saw
Would RecommendIts an ok type of saw. Still hard to keep a straight line going. It tends to veer off. The oscillator is not much help.

This saw runs smooth & fairly quiet. The halo led light is is GREAT! Cuts good & true & well balanced. I've used a jigsaw for over 55 years and I don't think this one could be beat for the price. Much better than the older saws I have owned. I really like the quick no tool blade changes on the new saws as well. Great warranty too!
