Ratings & Reviews for SKIL 6 -Amp Variable Speed Keyless Jigsaw

Good value

This was a good value tool that gets the job done. SKIL power tools haven't let me down yet

Great Little Saw

Great little saw and good value, easy to use and change blades.

Would recommend this handy jigsaw

Good jigsaw. Amperage was what I needed. Bought to replace one from a different brand that had broken. So far, happy with it.

Love it!

Love it! It got the job done. Highly recommend it!

Dependable Saw

Solid performance, very dependable unit with a reasonable cost. We used the saw in a student training class for a variety of projects and very satisfied with performance. My only concern is durability and how long the saw will operate before any issues

Good power and adjustment

My 20+ year old B&D jigsaw shaft started slipping under load, so I started shopping around and found this jigsaw on sale, so I bought it. I was actually surprised when I got it home. I didn't realize how fancy jigsaws have become! I used it to notch out some crown molding, and it did the job easily. I feel like this jigsaw will last every bit as long as my old jigsaw. I'm happy with it.

Great by

I consider this a goodbye, LED light on settings, variable speed. I also paired with the Bosh reversible teeth blades. You can also buy at Lowe’s exceptionally smooth cut.

Good saw for the money

Works very well for the price. The light and the dust blower are nice features. One thing I need to look closer at is whether this is making truly vertical cuts when the foot is at 90 degrees. Cursory visual inspection made it look like the cuts weren't staying vertical.

Does the Job

This jigsaw works as expected and did what I needed it to do. Purchased this one because it was an excellent value for the price. Four stars instead of five- replacing the blade on this particular jigsaw is a hassle compared to an older model.

Skil Jigsaw works great

I've used it multiple times and it has been a great addition to my toolkit.

Great features at a great price!

I have no trouble seeing cutting line with the bright light this tool provides. The blower keeps the sawdust clear from the line as well. Plenty of power to cut any material.

Works great! Go and buy this!

Works great! I would recommend this product. Go and buy it now!

Easy to use and great quality

Everyone should own one of these. Super easy to use for multiple projects!

Great quality, thank you.

Worked better than expected 🤙

Can't cut straight with straight edge guide

OK except shoe is not parallel to blade. No instructions in manual about how to adjust. I used a very good clamp on edge guide and the saw tracked off by 1/8" in 24 inches of cut. Can't find any instructions for adjustment in manual. This adjustment should be a part of design or otherwise the tool is faulty.
