Would RecommendI'm very pleased with the quality of the drill set. Love the storage container. Some people have complained about the bits breaking when drilling metal. Makes me wonder if the bits were being used properly. I don't plan on using them for metal so I'm sure they will be around my shop for some time drilling wood and plastic. I'd recommend the product.

Would RecommendPurchased these because I needed one drill bit to replace a couple of worn out ones. That one bit went through that piece of metal like a hot knife on butter. A couple of days later, was trying to drill a hole with my drill press in another although thinner, much harder metal. Needless to say, ended up with a couple of brand new burned up drill bits. Finally got it drilled by using some old 40 year old drill bits that I had stored away. They cut through just fine with no burning. I guess t...

Has more bit sizes than most sets for the price
Would RecommendMost cheap sets are by 16s of an inch. This set let's you use a bit size that is just a little over the screw size so it goes in easier or doesn't split the wood when used for a pilot hole. This is not the set I would buy for drilling through plate steel. I also like the marked metal drill index over most plastic drill set index boxes. This is my second set, I keep one in my RV and this set is for home.
