Would RecommendI'm replacing >300ft of 50-year-old chain link fencing with 6ft privacy fencing. From the outset I wanted to not cut corners so using galvanized posts was the first commitment. This posts eliminates the bow, twist, splitting and decay that is inevitable with timber posts. These galvanized Simpson Strong-tie brackets support the 2x4in horizontal supports. My project called for around 100pcs which worked well since there are packed in 50pc cartons (though you you can also order them individually)....

Would RecommendThese metal to wood fence brackets were perfect for installation of our new privacy fence. We went with the metal fence post to avoid the warping and twisting of wooden post. Brackets worked perfectly. Our yard is pretty level so these all lined up really well.

Fence Tie
Would RecommendThis Simpson strong fence tie is as described. It is strong and worked perfectly in replacing the original fence ties I removed. My German Shepherd accidentally hit one of the old ties and it cut a deep hole in her side which required stitches. So had to remove the old ones that protruded out with a screw to hold in place. These new ones are smooth where it goes around the metal post and doesn’t protrude out. Much safer for my dog. They were very easy to install.
