I bought this a little over a month ago now and have already completed many jobs with it. It has paid for itself. I am very satisfied with the price and the power that the unit has.

CHEAP SPARK PLUG

Starting off I could not crank the washer.....After the tenth pull and it was still not firing...I took out the Spark Plug,,, I found that the GAP WAS CLOSED. so I set the gap and pulled again. Started to fire then back fired... Then no fire...Reset the plug... Cranked right up... Did a Great Job on cleaning concrete with the Whirie....Since then, I have replaced the plug..........For the cost of the machine,,,you CHEAPEDOUT on the spark plug......

Great Product

I purchased two weeks ago and it already paid for itself the cost of having someone do the entire house and the pavers in the backyard around the pool. It was much more cost-effective to purchase the Simpson 4200 power washer with all the attachments

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE I HAVE ANOTHER PRESSURE WASHER THAT I HAVE HAD FOR A GOOD WHILE AND IT IS STILL RUNNING LIKE ITS BRAND NEW! AND I ONLY BROUGHT THIS ONE BECAUSE I BROUGHT A NEW SURFACE CLEANER ...

Simple Set-Up and Power

Unboxing and set up was fairly easy and no damage was discovered even though the box was not in the best of shape. All parts were included and it’s all set up and ready to go.

Product is great and built sturdy

I just bought this and will use this weekend for my house and for pressuring washing businesses. Product looks to be well made and product is in excellent shape from delivery.

Lowes Quality Control

I just picked up this product from Lowes after 10 days waiting on special order. The product packaging was opened and box dented. I was assured that it was Lowes confirming the product packaging. I came home and inspected the washer and the shroud was dented. Lowes customer service states we have to REORDER the product and that there isn't anything further they can do. Beware of special ordering through Lowes.
