Lowes Quality Control

I just picked up this product from Lowes after 10 days waiting on special order. The product packaging was opened and box dented. I was assured that it was Lowes confirming the product packaging. I came home and inspected the washer and the shroud was dented. Lowes customer service states we have to REORDER the product and that there isn't anything further they can do. Beware of special ordering through Lowes.

Good power, easy to setup and use. Cleaned driveway and walkway well.

Built Solid!

I purchased this to clean my farm equipment. This unit is QUALITY from top to bottom...no cheap plastic parts or components. You can just tell it's built to last. A priority for me was easy starting and does it deliver! It starts up first pull every time. I paired it with the Simpson Dial-N-Wash Adjustable Pressure Regulator so I can dial the pressure up or down on the fly as I clean. The wheels are great for moving it around on my gravel driveway. I love it's built in the USA. Great purchase!

Great Prosumer model

Great upgrade to my outgoing entry level gas pressure washer. Had to have a solution with a Honda engine. Start up is great and fuel capacity allows extended run times between fill ups. This horizontal model is better balanced my old vertical pressure washer and pump is protected in the frame. Triplex pump is strong and an upgrade for extended life. Needed a 2nd one

So impressed with the first one I bought, needed another for our permanent campsite. Sits all winter long and fires right up the next spring. Honda engine usually fires up first pull. Awesome machine.

I couldnt ask for better. With the Honda GX200 Engine that starts every time, what more could you want?

Awesome design great machine

Hooked up the garden hose and away we went the Simpson pressure washer and me. Cleaned everything in sight Easy operation even a monkey can do it!

Powerful

I've gotten to use this twice and I'm impressed with the power and ease of start up. Literally, one pull, and it fires to life. When it does, it's loud. Wear ear protection. Lastly-When I unpacked the pressure washer, at the bottom of the box, was a nut and bolt. It was just randomly there. There's no indication in the manual about this, I'm hopeful that it was just accidentally included?? Simpson, reach out to help ease my concern.

Steady solid performance

I’ve been using a borrowed pressure washer for sometime now decided it was time to own. Easy decision, bought the exact same model I had been using from a neighbor works flawlessly.

Just put it together and it has a flat tire but over all buid looks good and has a Honda engine

I just bought the Simpson PowerShot PS3228, I brought it home yesterday very easy assembly. I had no problem putting it together. I am looking forward to using it this weekend to clean up my much-needed patio.
