This is a great sleek can for recycling plus trash. We are a family of two plus a dog, and we need to take out the trash and recycling once a week during Corona times. We just dispose off our boxes right away. It fits in our relatively small kitchen and makes our place really neat.

Loving this step can
I really needed a size that would work. I have two of the smaller single size step cans and I just don’t generate enough trash to take it out and it can become a problem. This can allows me to use the larger area for recycling and the small area for trash. You can certainly reverse this but I am not sure why you would do that, since recycling items are usually larger in size and amount. These cans are decorative and work well in my small open floor plan home.

Easiest way to recycle
Bins fit perfectly together, they’re easy to pull out to change liners, good capacity and no wasted space. Bags come out easily and stay in place unseen in normal use. Worth the price.

It's Ok
I wish the two compartments were the same size, the trash side is too small and the recycle is huge. Thought about using the larger compartment for trash but the smaller one can barely take a lettuce box and a couple of cans. Ended up selling it to a friend and bought a different one, which I have some thoughts on as well..
