Sleek and Effective

Sleek enough to be in any kitchen with the slow closing lid. The width is effective allowing the trash bag an easy tug for quick emptying. The liner is the cherry on top.

Why didn't I buy a rectangular can sooner?

We bought this to replace the circular, smaller simplehuman trash can, and I wish we'd got this one sooner! The larger opening is so much more convenient and we're actually using all the trash bag compared to before. Only complaint is that simplehuman is pretty expensive.

Replacement

We've had the 50L step can for ten years and last month we moved to a new house we bought. During the move the can was damaged and the new one is a little bit different with a blue interior can instead of black. The original can had a lock to keep the lid open by opening the lid very wide and the lock released with a gentle tap on the foot pedal. The new one must be manually locked, otherwise it's the same and we are very pleased to have a functional stylish can.

Beautiful Trash Can

I love the design of my new simplehuman trash can. The bags stay in place, it's well built and sturdy, the lid closes quietly and there's a switch which allows the lid to remain up when when you have large amounts of trash to dispose of.

Handsome Trash Can

Modern, clean rectangular lines. Easy to operate. Larger volume than standard trash cans, don’t have to take out the trash as often. Very Durable construction. Love the sturdy trash bags too!

Solid, holds a lot, quiet close-love it!

Had a plastic step-on can & it kept sliding around & didn’t hold much. My friend has 1 of these at her house except hers is about 13 yrs old (and still working great!) so I decided that it could be worth the money. Couldn’t be happier w all of the features - solid construction, lg easy pedal, air vents so the new bags can hug the interior & not poof out and the little latch that holds up the lid while we are changing bags. This trash can changes lives!

This trash can changes lives! The design is so smart and looks great. Also, I want to confirm for everyone a standard 13 gallon trash bag fits this trash can. If you use a cheap bag, then of course you will have a tear occasionally. I have used the cheap bags and the nicer flex bags, and they all fit and work well...but of course recommend using the flex bags as they are sturdier.

I have this garbage can and simply love it. Bought another one for my son and daughter-in-law as a gift. They absolutely love it.

The can is great & so far by brilliant boxer had not gotten into it. I love that it seals flat.

Never thought a trash can

Never thought a trash can could make such a difference!! I love the look and the fact that it hides any distasteful smells. My husband and I had a few good laughs as we adjusted to using a pedal in order to throw our garbage away. The size and design is perfect.

So sleek and smooth! We use standard 13 gallon bags. Works great. This brand is so consistent. It’s def the way to go!
