Reacts to light
Unlike our other models, this pump’s sensor is affected by the nightlight around it and spontaneously dispenses soap into my sink throughout the night. I wish I had purchased the rechargeable model instead of this battery operated one.

Love it
Love the hands free soap dispenser. I got one for a Christmas gift and immediately bought 3 more. I also bought the soap that goes with it. I have only had a few weeks but so far, no issues at all. I especially love the handsfree aspect. Very helpful in the kitchen especially.

Needs rechargeable battery mechanism.
Dish soap dispenser uses physical batteries rather than a recharging mechanism. I had a previous one of these devices and unfortunately leakage into the battery compartment corrupted the device. It would be a lot better if there was a rechargeable mechanism that eliminated physical batteries. Otherwise, it works fine.

I like them, but they break often.
I have had several of these and I like having them. But they seem to fail often. I just keep replacing them because I need the FUNCTION. They aren’t cheap. I wish they would last longer.

Hope this one lasts
This is my 3rd. I love the product, but it doesn't last much past the 2 year warranty. My last 2 only lasted about 4 years. I would expect it to last at least 5 or 6 or so. But I really like the fact that when I am cooking, which I do a lot, I don't have to touch the dispenser with raw meat hands for whatever it might be. That's why I keep buying them. I bought another one from a competitor and it lasted 2 days. Yes I said 2. Took it back and bought this one again.
