The liquid sensor pump is a well-designed product that offers convenient hands-free operation and dispenses the right amount of soap based on hand placement. Users appreciate the rechargeable feature and long-lasting charge. The product is generally considered high-quality and practical, though some find the pump to be overly sensitive at times. Overall, the consensus is that this is an efficient and sanitary addition to the kitchen or bathroom.

I like how this product works. I bought two of them a little over three years ago. one of them quit working recently, which, to me is too short a life span for a product this expensive. I replaced it, but if either of them fail again I'll looking at a different soap pump manufacturer next time.

Pump
Wow, this is the first "sensor" ANYTHING I have found that actually works right. It's 2023, not 1993. If you have ever tried to use a public bathroom with faucet sensors, you know what I am talking about. They NEVER work!! This soap pump, however, works!!! And the dosage solution they came up with is absolute genius. The lower you put your hand on the pump, the more soap you get. The higher you go, the less it gets. So simple and easy. Worth every single penny I paid.

Nice gadget
Works perfectly. It’s a little too easy to trigger by accident, though. It kept spraying soap all over the sink rim. So, I just keep it turned off until I want to use it.

Cute liquid pump
I use this pump to diperse dish washing liquid, it dresses up my sink and hides the ugly dish washing bottles

Best Idea For a Soap Dispenser
This is my fourth liquid sensor pump soap dispenser. I really like the way the product works and looks and I have them at all my sinks. I don't like that I have had to literally throw away two others that stopped working and which Simplehuman did not stand behind either to fix or to provide a decent way of disposing of them. I will still use them, but with caution.

Bought two brushed
I am impressed with the functionality and the appearance of the devices. It's likely that they will continue to serve us well.

Love this
This was a replacement. The battery wouldn’t hold a charge on my previous one. Have to remember to unplug.

Wastes soap
There is no middle ground. You either get a little drop (so you have to go 3-4 times to get enough) or you get twice as much as you need. I experimented at different levels, but there is no in-between. I prefer when you can set the amount. I'll deal with the batteries it's worth it.

Dispenses way too much soap
No matter where you place your hands, the minimum amount of soap that dispenses is still entirely too much. We're running out of soap in the 9 oz dispensers in the kitchen within 2 weeks, whereas a 12 oz of pump soap usually lasts over a month. Pretty convenient considering they sell the soap. Not worth the price, even with the automatic dispensing. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I thought this was extra…
My husband really wanted this thing and I thought it was kinda extra. Do we really need a sensor pump? Have we really reached the level of lazy where we can’t pump our own soap? Well, the answer is yes. I caved and now I’m buying one for every bathroom! It’s sooooo nice! Not to mention the ability to choose how much soap you need based on where you place your hand! Brilliant! This is worth every single penny.
