I would have given a 5* except for the lid

This Waterpik works well, I have had several over the years. My only complaint is the lid is not connected to the unit and falls into the water container easily. The lid opens to store extra flossers which I find very clumsy and adds to the chances of the lid slipping into the container and the flossers getting wet. I wished I would have bought the Aquarius model again which has been the best yet that I have bought.

Waterpik is still the best

I'm not thrilled with how often I have to replace the Waterpik countertop units at the pricepoint they're at, but I've tried less expensive knock-off brands & they just don't have the water pressure needed. I did have to try a couple of different tips before finding one that allowed all the water pressure to come through & work properly, but once I did I'm satisfied that it's doing the job as expected.

Totally beats the string!

I really have tried using the string to floss and it doesn't work for me. The Waterpick is so much easier, more efficient, and is so much better for my gums!!!

Powerful and Effective.

Excellent cleaning product. Powerful and effective. Teeth feel like the dentist just cleaned them after using this Waterpik product.

Pleasantly surprised.

Easy to use. Great adjustment range for power. Fairly quiet. Nice and compact. Really feel a difference in my teeth.

Love the product

Replaced my old one that was probably 12-15 yrs old. The hose finally had cracked. Been using water oil sinc the 1970’s.

I love it!

I didn't want the hassle of using a waterpik every day, but my dentist told me I have no choice but to try it. I can't believe I'm saying this but....I love it! It's like a gum massage. I now use it twice a day. Be sure to use warm water though or it is very uncomfortable. I can't recommend this enough.

Did not meet expectations

I plan to try another one because my dentist recommended this brand as the the best so I will try again for different model.

Excellent product

I have been using Waterpics for a long time after my dentist highly recommended I use one. I can’t say enough about this product. It is really a must have for complete teeth cleaning.

The unit works great .

The unit works great. But you need to improve the valve in the reservoir to stop leaking.

Wonderful for your teeth

I’ve used the water pic product for several years and it has been instrumental in reducing problems with my gums and getting my teeth in much better condition. It has become a very important post of my dental hygiene.

Clean Gums

My gums are completely clean after using the Waterpik!
