Nice product with great changeable water pressure

I love how easy this product is to put together and how easy it is to work. I can’t say the reservoir pops off of the unit very easily, you have to wiggle it off in order to get the reservoir off so you can fill it up with water.

Love using my waterpik!

It took me a little time getting used to using it correctly and not getting water all over, but I love it! I can easily get food that was always getting stuck between my teeth. Floss is ok but the water pik does a complete & thorough job keeping my gums & teeth healthy!

Poorly designed model

Purchased this 3 months ago after my waterpik I had for many years finally gave up the ghost. So very difficult to fill with water. I have to use both hands to pry bulky lid off to fill. Water leaks from stopper every time from the first use, I never leave water in unit. Now it has completely stopped putting water out although pump is on. DO NOT BUY!

I like the device and wish I had gotten it much sooner. It does exactly what it is designed to do.

Great item

Works great for cleaning teeth and gums after brushing with Sonicare toothbrush. Easy to use Multiple tips for cleaning with. Reservoir holds enough water for about six cleanings.

I’m Okay With It.

It’s seems to be more for gum health. I still have some plaque after using it. It’s good, but not really sure how much is left behind. Maybe it’s my technique?

Good product

Good battery performance. Nozzle has nice brush to help get material under gum line and between tightly spaced teeth.. ergonomics are very comfortable to use device. I use it on top pressure level but maybe would also like higher pressure levels to be available. Device has good waterproofing so far. Very pleased with my purchase.

Ok easy to use

It's OK, but if you don't push down hard on the reservoir it doesn't work. After a few uses that happened and I thought it didn't work. Wish it contained double of some of the "mostly used" pic heads.

The best ever

This is my first waterpik. I’ve had others but this product seems to be easier to handle. It takes up little space in the bathroom sink which is a plus for me!

Dentist recommended

Dentist recommended a water pick to improve dental routine. It has been easy to use and incorporate in our restroom. Would recommend to others .

Better handle

This is my first water pic. So I had to figure out how best to fill it. Also what setting to put it on. What I can see so far is you need a bigger handle for a seniors and I've got carpal tunnels so kind of needs a bigger brush and easier access.

Great Feature

I really like this waterplk. It replaced an older version I had due to the handle breaking. This model has an on/off button on both the side of the base unit AND on the handle. This helps so that when you power it on, you can wait until you have the pick in your mouth and then turn the handle button on. This prevents water from spraying all over before placing the pick in your mouth.

in the future, I would suggest including more straight tips. You have 5 tips but 4 of them are for special or limited use. Now I have to buy additional tips to accomodate everyday use for other family members. Not a good surprise if you want return or loyal customers. I believe doing this will even REDUCE your manufacturing cost and enhance profit while satisfying the customer more

Ok system

Works good but dislike the tubing that’s hard plastic and was pinched off by how the tubing was wound

Disappointed

No where near the pressure of my previous Waterpik, model WP-900W. Water leaks out of the reservoir once I insert it. It is quieter and smaller. I'm kinda disappointed. I'm glad I didn't retire my WP-900W because I may go back to it.

Unwanted tip supply provided.

My wife and I don't need specialized tips. All we need are two plain nozzles. Who needs all the variety of tips you supplied?

Good Update Over Old Model

Very pleased with how it works and like the improvements over my old model that finally wore out, especially the on and off button on the handle. It's also quieter.
