It's the better of the two Topper Joint compounds

 Would Recommend

Lowes offers two joint finishing compound. This is the better one by far. It is consisted, drys slower, but doesn't crack and make an easy job of first and finish coat if your good at hanging sheet rock and mudding and taping. I like to use finishing compound (topper) for start to finish less sanding needed.
