Damaged Unit was Delivered

I was told the delivery fee would include unpackaging and inspection of the product. That did not occur. The delivery people left the packaging on the machine and left. Upon unpacking, a quarter-sized ding on the front panel in the top left quadrant was discovered. So far the machine is working fine. Minus 2 stars for product packaging, delivery, and customer service issues.

Epic Fail

Nothing but MAJOR issues both with the product and the horrific installation services. I have had this product for 6 months and it has NEVER WORKED!. First, the clueless installer came out and said I had an "electrical issue" not related to the product and left the paperweight in my kitchen. clean as a whistle

I love the 3rd rack, this machine does a great job.

Nice but instructions are lacking.

Really nice. A little tough to install if you’re a DIY. The wiring and water intake are in the front of the unit….so you need an extra long hose and really need 9’-10’ of wiring. The instructions don’t really help you with this. Otherwise, it’s quiet enough. But it doesn’t open dry when done. Lots of water droplets inside.

"Response from Sharp Advisor" is a joke

I am Jibber, I submitted the prior review showing how my dishwasher arrived broken. I saw the "Response from Sharp Advisor" so I opted to email CRL@sharpsec.com. Broken out of the box and Sharp won't warranty it

The lower dish rack arrived broken. It has 8 wheels that let it roll and one of them was broken from the start. I called Sharp and they will not warranty it!!!! They said it is a wear item! the inlet for water is like nothing anyone has seen, Lowes instal pack is not what is needed and you will take many trips back with lots of parts trying to find the right fit

Problems after only a couple of months.

We went to Lowe's to buy a new dishwasher after our old Kenmore one died. We looked at several brands and saw the Sharp dishwasher. We thought to ourselves, "Sharp makes dishwashers?" Our apprehension should've guided our purchase. We had the dishwasher for only a few months when we started seeing water pooling on the bottom of it. Mixed feelings about this dishwasher

The first one arrived with two very obvious cosmetic flaws even though the shipping box was completely undamaged. They shipped it this way. Lowe's was great about taking it back. Very satisfied with this purchase, especially at this price range. Cleans extremely well and is very quiet. The doors and racks all feel very sturdy. If you are looking for a really good dishwasher in an affordable price range, this is the one for you. Shout out to the Lowes installer as well. Did a great professional job.

Great Dishwasher

I unfortunately cannot speak to the reliability of this dishwasher as of yet, due to the fact that we have only had it for 1 day. But, I can say that the cleaning performance is every bit as good as our Bosch which we had to leave behind at our old house. Also the overall quality seems to be exceptional. Does not dry well even with heat dry option

Dishwasher seems to wash well but does NOT dry. Even with the heat "dry option" enabled, dishes are still wet and inside of the washer is too wet when the cleaning finishes. I'm having to dry off the dishes manually which defeats the purpose of having a dishwasher. I probably will need to return unless there's a quick fix.

Great appliance, but a bit hard to load dishes.

Very nice looking unit. Love the control on the top of the door. Didn't give 5 stars because loading large plates can be a bit difficult. They tend to tip onto each other when pushing the tray in to close the door.

Upgrade from Whirlpool

Purchased this from Lowes Deal of the Day to replace a 5 year old Whirlpool Gold Series pile of garbage dishwasher. Seems like a huge improvement so far. Love the interior LED lighting- who knew what a great little bonus this is?
