Don't know how to solder copper pipe, thought I was going to need plumber. Simple fix!! Saved some $$

A quality built flex line

This flex line with the push-to-connect fitting make alignment and installation of the piping on a replacement water heater work very easily. It appeared quality built and worked well.

These make DIY water heater installation a snap.

Got 2 of these for a hot water heater. Saved a ton of money on installation. Just cut the existing copper pipe, deburr the pipe end, and push the fitting on to the copper pipe. The other side screws on to the water heater inlet/outlet. Great product.

Pick up process needs attention.

The associate pulling the order was grumpy and non communicative. I arrived 2 hours after the order was place and just checking on the status. He stated, “I have 3 hours to fulfill the order pickup.” I asked if he could escalate it and he scoffed at me…lol. I offer to pull it myself and he just walked away. I didn’t know if he was pulling it or not. 10 minutes later he showed back up with order. Looked overwork and dissatisfied with his job.

Buy the updated Max version if you must.

These were on mega closeout at the store and I bought some to have options for my install. Ultimately I ended up using all metal connectors (a kit from Eastman) and I returned these to the store after reading the reviews of the black rubber inside breaking down quickly. This specific part # should be pulled from sale or recalled, quite frankly.
