What Customers Are Saying
The product is a mixed bag - it works well for some users but many find it difficult to use, with issues like not cutting all the way through the pipe, leaving jagged or uneven cuts, or requiring a lot of effort. Some recommend spending more on a higher-quality, scissor-style or ratcheting cutter for cleaner, more consistent cuts, especially for larger or more complex projects. Overall, it may be a budget-friendly option that suits some users, but many suggest investing in a more robust cutter for better results.

Would RecommendI bought this as a spare cutter for a bathroom remodel, it has such a great cut and easy to use it became the primary cutter with an expensive one sitting collecting dust.

Does the job well
Would RecommendThis little pipe cutter does the job very well for PEX pipe. It takes a bit of practice to get good precise cuts. I suggest a few practice tries on extra piping. And don't forget to follow the arrows!!

easy to use
Would Recommendwhen I first this I thought it was cheaply made. It looked like a razor blade melted into the plastic but it is so easy to use, just make sure you turn it in the right direction, but they were thoughtfully and put an arrow to show what way to turn it.

Won't cut straight
Would Not RecommendThis might cut 1" PEX correctly, but I found it impossible to cut 3/4" or 1/2" PEX straight. I ended up taking this overpriced garbage back and buying a scissor style tool that worked much better.

good tool if you use correctly
Would RecommendEverytime perfect cut. Just one to two turns. Most of the time one turn should do it. Just make sure you pipe kind straight and follow the arrow... then you will have a perfect cut everytime like me...
Difficult at Best to Use
Would Not RecommendIf you only have a few tube cuts and are working in an open area, this tool will work fine for you. You must spin the cutter around the tubing to cut it. If you have little or insufficient room to spin the tool and keep the blade in the initial cutting track, this is not the tool to use. I finished off my only cut with a steak knife. Save yourself some time and a headache and get a scissor-style cutter (Scissor style is my term for it, not an industry term.).

Boo!
Would Not RecommendHi All, If you are looking to get a pex cutter, get one that is the "pliers" style. This product will work, but cutting 1/2" pex it did not want to provide a straight cut. I got an inexpensive Wiss brand from Amazon that works better and cost less. Spend more!
