Ratings & Reviews for Seventh Generation Botanical Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner Lemongrass Citrus 26 oz Spray Bottle

Effectively Cleaning & Disinfecting

Effectively cleans common surfaces. Enjoy that it is safe on food surfaces, does not have a strong chemical smell while keeping your home clean and disinfected. A great staple for your home cleaning products.

Perfect kitchen surface cleaner

I have been using this mostly to clean kitchen surfaces and it works great! The lemon citrus scent is refreshing. It helps to remove food stains and a little bit goes a long way. Definitely will repurchase.

Best

Great, definitely feels like it’s cleaning and it smells lovely. Definitely smell the lemongrass, will purchase everytime now absolutely best spray

Smell is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be

To everyone who doesn't like the smell, it's based on the thyme oil that does all the work. It may be *different* than the synthetic chemical smell you're used to from harsh cleaners, but it is not a "bad" smell. You get used to it and it is worth it.

Awesome

I have issues with sensitive skin and I'm immunocompromised. I prefer all natural products as they are better for health. Love Seventh Generation

A wonderful product!

I have used your Disinfecting Multi-Surface Spray Cleaner & Wipes for years. Looking at the reviews, it seems consumers either love or hate the fragrance. Personally, I think the smell is fresh & clean! Since I recycle everything possible, I like that the whole bottle & spray top can be recycled. However, I save the bottles to spray my flowers when using deer repellent because the sprayer works so well! PLEASE consider offering a large refill bottle with no spray top.

Great product but...

I have been using this product for many years and love the smell and the effectiveness. However, I hate the plastic containers and would love if you would make a condensed liquid or tablet version of this cleaner. I love Seventh Generation products and have also used your dishwashing and laundry liquids for many years. I appreciate that you are trying to move to biodegradable containers for your laundry soaps, but wish you could stop depending on single-use plastic for everything else. So, I hav...

Horrible smell

I just bought this and the disinfecting wipes last night. My first Seventh Generation purchases. So disappointed! The smell is horrible! I don’t know that I will be able to tolerate using these products in my home. Such a waste of money.

Toxic Smelling Cleaner -

I bought the Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner today and sprayed it on my kitchen stainless steel sink. The smell and fumes were so bad, we had to open the windows. My son walked in the kitchen and said it smelled like gasoline. It may be a good disinfectant but we can not stand the smell of it. Wish I could return it for money back.

Stinks

This stuff smells really really bad. I wish I knew that before buying 3 bottles of it.

Smells terrible

Not sure on how clean it works but the smell of this is horrible. It almost smells like oil in a car or something of that nature. I don’t see how anyone thinks it smells okay. I love lemon grass, but this smells nothing like that. !

Very useful

I use this multi surface disinfecting with citrus scent every time it's easy to use just spray it and let everything for it it's cleans, disinfects and deodorize and it's safe

Love this product

I love the smell of this product. It never makes me woozy and nauseous as do the chemical products.

Great But Safety Issues

Awesome product, but I can't seem to find any warning labels that say to keep it away from children.

Horrible new smell

Hello, I have used your entire line of products for many years. I have used this particular disinfecting multi surface cleaner product since you first released it. Well, I opened a new bottle this morning and noticed the smell was drastically different. It’s an unpleasant, pungent smell. I looked at the ingredient list on the old bottle that smelled normal and I see no difference in the ingredients on the new bottle. I’m concerned that this product is rancid. I buy six bottles at a time- that’...

Cleaner

This is perfect cleaner and works on all surfaces. Its a great disinfectant and helps to kill 99.99 % bacteria. I like to use it in bathroom and kitchen.

I bought this kitchen

I bought this kitchen cleaner on a whim, to try something different, and it really wasn't very good. The smell is very strong and unappealing, and it's not very effective as a kitchen cleaner. Even after letting it soak it can't cut through food stains and grease. I'm giving it two "courtesy" stars because I feel like it's not worse than water, and the spray bottle itself is fine, but honestly you might as well immediately dump it out and replace it with watered down bleach, vinegar, or water, a...

The Best Cleaner Made

How can you not love something so effective and so safe. We love the heavy scent of thyme oil, its wonderful. This product can clean the worst of the worst....like litterboxes, greasy countertops, you name it, it will destroy any STANK. We love the scent, its powerful while cleaning but afterwards its a soft fresh aromatic clean smell. Its a great multi purpose tough cleaner.

Good product

I like that it can be used on multiple surfaces, also it doesn't just clean but disinfect. The dispenser comes in handy whether you want to apply it directly on the surface or on a rag to clean with. Also it doesn't have an overpowering smell. So all in all I would buy it again

I would love to

I would love to try it be fore I a buy it so I would know if it is worth buying it for my and family and friends to try it out some time
