So far so good, comfy, and supportive. The medium was accidentally delivered the first time, but it was too soft for myself. The firm appears to be a difference with additional support.

Good for side sleeping
Supportive, as a side sleeper, it molds to my body but its not overly plush. One star is off because the edges dont hold up when sitting on the side of the bed, they sink real low.
