Divots formed within days. The support is non-existent. I wanted to love it but I wake up in pain. The edges dip immediately when under pressure for more than five minutes.

Seems to be a great value so far!
We bought the Serta Oasis Medium pillow top King 14.5” mattress and very impressed so far. Its only been 20 minutes but we are happy. The only issue is when carrying it up the stairs the area under the handle where the blue material meets the white underbelly ripped! It doesn't seem to affect the mattress it’s just a shame since it’s brand new 😑

I purchased a queen, Serta Nurture night plush pillow top to replace a similar Serta that I’ve had for over 20 years. I was concerned that it might not be as comfortable as my older one but, so far, it’s been great. It’s not a mattress that your body “sinks into”, it has support and is very comfortable!
