What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the safe for its sturdy construction, security features, and spacious interior. Most highlight the heavy weight, reinforced design, and bolt holes for floor anchoring as indicators of durability and protection. Many appreciate the ideal dimensions and adjustable shelves for flexible storage. Reviewers specifically commend the fire and water-resistant capabilities, noting this was a primary purchase reason. A few report handle issues, chemical odor upon unboxing, or minor manufacturing flaws like misaligned doors. Works as Advertised
Would RecommendThe safe is not installed yet. I need a handyman to complete some security issues. But I was able to open and close the safe, using the factory code and entering my personal code. Everything seems to live up to the advertising. Good safe!

It looks....safe
Would RecommendLooks like it would resist the rated fire and water, but let's hope I never have opportunity to test that. Smells terrible on the inside - like adhesive or chemicals. Other than that it serves the intended purpose.

GREAT PRODUCT.
Would RecommendI have had a smaller fire-safe and never enough room, this one is the perfect size for office and personal documents that I want safe from fire.

Good size for our needs
Would RecommendThe size and features of this safe seem to be a good fit for our needs. We were looking for fire resistant rather than burglar proof and this provides an overlap in both areas. Thank

Perfect Size, Strong and Secure
Would RecommendThis safe is great! The safe is strong and secure. It is made out of heavy-duty steel and the workmanship is top notch. It is secured by four side bolts and one top bolt. It is the perfect size for storing documents, jewels, handguns and other valuables. The height of the inside shelves is adjustable providing flexibility in what and where items are stored. Having researched numerous safes of this class, size and weight, I believe this is best safe in its class. It is also a great valu...

Horribly Poor Craftsmanship
Would Not RecommendHorrible Craftsmanship! The inside felt lining is a mess, a lot of loose pieces! None of the 12 screws holding shelf brackets were tight and all are at an angle, they will not go in straight or tighten. Where is quality control? Very over priced for workmanship and quality of this safe!

Delivered as advertised, great safe!
Would RecommendThis is a great fireproof and waterproof safe that has replaced four smaller sentry boxes, no problems setting up, just a little bit concave on the bottom, other than that, everything is in one place, just what we were looking for.

Great safe!
Would RecommendI have had my safe for at least 5 years, and it's never failed me! The locking mechanism is top notch, the shelves are adjustable, and it's a very well made safe. Of course, it's now more money than what I paid for, straight from the factory... but it's a great safe for valuables!!!

Fire/Water Digital Safe
Would RecommendThe safe arrived quickly and was generally in good condition. My biggest issue was the screws one of the bracket standards were stripped out. I hope they don't give problems in the future. Overall I'm satisfied with safe.

Nice safe, electronic lock failed
Would RecommendSafe is roomy with three shelves plus the floor for plenty of storage. Very confident that safe will hold off anyone trying to break it open based on its weight and sturdiness. Really like how the door is secured all the way around when closed and locked. Problem was the electronic lock fails to unlock safe after installing new batteries and entering the correct code. Had to use the key to unlock safe.. Notified customer service and they are working with me to resolve this issue. I give them 5+ ...
