Poor inventory control
Would RecommendThe product was great but the shopping experience was not. Having to make an 80-mile round trip for one piece is ridiculous. Neither DeKalb nor Rockford had the item or even carry the brand. But the St. Charles store had too many to count. Lowes needs to spread out the inventory among the stores.
