Love them and the support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I love the look, durability, and ease of use 10/10. But what really won me over was the support and warranty coverage. If price is a concern rest easy knowing that I had issues with one of my 3 locks about a year in and I called and they sent me a knew one after walking me step by step thru a "rule it out" process. Schlage till the end now folks ✌️!

I could change the codes in between tenants and even lock and unlock the door without even being in the same state. Fantastic lock

It’s very convenient to give to pet sitters, cleaning services etc. I love that you can set the time the code is valid for as well. All in all one of the best things I’ve ever bought.
