Solid doorknob

Over time, however, the finish corrodes. The interior knob also became stuck in the locked position, and the decorative plate came loose. Perhaps it was neither made nor intended to last for years.

Have issue with door lock
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look but I do not like the locking mechanism. It takes a lot of getting used to and I have already locked myself out several times. I have found that whenever I go outside, I have to check the doorknob by turning it to ensure it's not locked before before I close the door.
