Bad instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t horrible to install, but had to use Ai to figure out how to get the screw out to separate the halves to even begin install. Turns out there is a little tool included that you push in to pull the inside knob off. Would be nice to put in your quick install guide or heck to even mention on the instructions. Never get that 15 minutes of my life back.

Tiny hiccup but always a trusted Schlage product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a while to take out the shipping screw. I did not know there was a release button to remove the knob. I used AI to tell me this because the directions went straight to installing. Once I installed the F51 V BWE 619 , it worked perfectly and it looked beautiful, strong, and perfect.

Easy to install and smooth operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was very easy to install and I love it included the pin for knob removal. It looks great on our door and will solve our problems with our dogs having figured out how to open the door themselves. The operation is very smooth.

Lock Solid Design

I bought 2 of these and was a little dissapointed that there wasn't an option to have them keyed together. I was able to rekey one lock at the store and bought extra keys as spares. The locks look good and work smoothly after being doused with white lithium grease spray. Installation was easy and I do like that the hardware is hidden.

Love the color of it
