Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door Knob was extremely easy to install it took maybe 2 mins. The quality of the finish is very good. It has a very ergonomic grip to it. I do like the new style push pin key to open the lock. I will definitely be looking into other Schlage products to replace other door knobs/handles and locks around my house.

Wrong order sent, very difficult to return.
I ordered two keyed alike door knobs and I was sent two differently keyed knobs. They were delivered quickly by Fedex. I requested a shipping label to return the knobs promptly, I was told this was not possible and that I had only two options: return to the nearest Lowe's (a 60 mile round trip) or get the box picked up a whole week later ( not a viable option since we are leaving for extended travel and need new door locks as soon as possible).
