They are more durable than most generic brands I have tried. I love that they can stand up as you are filling them. They are also very easy to close, unlike some other brands I have tried.

Not all bags are created equal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Not all bags are created equal! These Zyploc Freezer Gallon bags make preparing foods for the freezer a breeze. The Grip 'n Seal technology features a textured, gridded band just above the double seal, allowing you to easily manipulate closing the bag -- even with hands that may be wet from working around food or while managing a good amount of food packaged within the gallon-si...

I would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I really like this product as it is the ideal size for me to store leftover food or produce in the freezer. I like that there is a small white square on the outside that I could use for dating and labeling when items were stored. The bag stays open for filling, and it is durable and not easily pierced.

Ziploc always has thick bags that open and close easily. This keeps things fresh and I don't have to worry about tears in the plastic or ripping when I open or close. Would buy again.

They can be stood on the counter to be filled so you can use both hands. I like that they are microwave safe but are not made with bpa plastics.

Unique and useful bottom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Freezer bags aren't usually something that I would get excited about, but I really did appreciate the unique bottom on these. It doesn't matter so much for solids, but it makes it so much easier to bag up anything with liquid in it. I can tell that I will avoid many of the spills that I sometimes make with standard bags. These are easy to seal completely, also.

Perfect size and high quality product

It was never failed to impress me with the quality product. No ripping and can hold a lot more than the sandwich baggies. I find the size is great for larger items and not as big as their quart size. I feel the Ziplock brand is worth every penny.

Great bags, very thick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Great Ziploc bags that actually stayed sealed. I truly love these over any others. I have tried re using these before and you can. Just inspect it to make sure there's no leaks and don't reuse if your marinating anything etc. Thicker than the competition and that's the way I like it.

How Ziploc Brand Took a Good Freezer Bag and Made It Better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I love Ziploc bags! This is the first time that I have purchased the gallon bags that have the new Stay Open design for easy filling. What a smart design! Since the bag stays open, I can fill a bag with leftover food without requiring a second person to help me hold it. As well, the plastic is sturdy and thick enough that it should not leak. I also love that the plastic is BPA-f...

No leaks

They're big enough to hold a full pack of boneless chicken breasts and these seem to be the only bags that don't leak when you lay them flat. Great for juices and sauces to keep your meat moist and flavorful.

Seal the deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. the first thing I noticed upon initial inspection of the Ziplock bags, was the unique "Grip N Seal Technology ". I felt like these Ziplock bags sealed up better than any Ziplocs I've used in the past. I also like the stay open feature in case you need to ladle/poor something into the Ziplock bag for later storage. Definitely impressed by this brands continuing innovation, and co...

Love this bag design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Love this stay open design! This is so much easier for storing in the fridge and freezer and not having a mess. The only thing I didn't like was the cardboard panel for opening on the top. It was difficult to open without unnecessarily ripping the box a bit.
