Too many broken pieces per box.

Installed this stone over 0.42" HardieBacker for my home gym. I ended up returning about 20% of the stone, as it was broken, damaged, or poorly fitting. Make sure you buy plenty of extra! Also, dry fit them on the floor to make sure they fit together ok before you try to install them on the wall. It will save you some pain. After the install, I sealed this with solvent-based 511 Impregnator, which worked really well without changing the appearance of the stone in any way. Water now beads up ...

Would RecommendWe used this to resurface our fireplace wall. The final product looks amazing and overall it is everything I imagined. The tiles do break easily so you have to handle them carefully. I also wish they made corner pieces for this tile.

Would RecommendThe pictures speak for themselves. You do need to watch out for some color variation and broken pieces but that is no different than any box store stone I've ever dealt with.

Would RecommendThe pieces fit together nicely. Downside is 4 of our 12 boxes had multiple broken pieces. We were able to make them work. 1 box was beyond use.
This stone replaced an old traditional style mantel. I hired a pro to install took 2 days and it looks amazing!

This stone is gorgeous! Looks beautiful and was easy to install. Be careful not to drop pieces because they drop easily. IMPORTANT Do not get mortar on the front!!! You will have hours of scrubbing to do to get it off. As stated in the description you will need to seal it because it is very porous.
