Don't worry about the corners!

This was my first shot at doing wall tile and I am pretty happy with the results and learned allot in the process. First, read the other reviews because they were helpful to me. The next thing make sure you buy a breathing mask that is at least a step up, plastic sheets to cover furniture, cover anything else that you don't want dust on because you are going to have dust, safety goggles and gloves that are tighter fitting with at least rubber palms/fingers. Good Looking Rock

The rock looks really good. Every piece is a little different because it is natural quartz. I am debating if I want to put a clear coat on it so the rock "pops" even more. Great product and would use it again.

Ledger Stone

I am by no means an expert at tile work. I have been updating our home. I have put in new kitchen backsplash, and 800 sg feet of floor tile. We bought this wall tile to dress up the less expensive floor tile we bought for the patio area. Having this beautiful stone just made the difference. It was easy to install (by our tile guy), and it looks like a million bucks! It is a bit pricey, but you are getting a real stone as opposed to some of the other stone look ceramic tiles. BEHIND WOOD STOVE - AMAZING!

I created a new hearth for my new Wood Stove. Started with 1/2 Durock screwed into 12 inch on center studs. Used VersaBond Flex mortor mix in small batches. Applied to walls and buttered back of each piece. Desert Quartz Ledgestone cuts easily with a wets saw. You need to be patient and work slowly, but the results are truly amazing. Looks Great

Installed as a backsplash in our kitchen. I used a wet saw with a diamond blade. The cuts were easy. I also used box extenders for the electrical outlets. We are very happy with this product and installation.

Bath accent wall

Remodeled a small guest bathroom and I used the desert quartz ledgestone for an accent wall. Looks good and was easy to install/cut. Some of the pieces are not cut that evenly, but I like the gapped and staggered look. I have seen ledgestone at my local tile supply store that is cut perfectly and leaves little to no gap from piece to piece/end to end, but it was far more expensive. Great looks,great value!

We used these for our family room fireplace surround and they were easy to install. As mentioned in previous reviews, dry fit first before final placement. Another tip, wedge in toothpicks between tiles for the ones that don't quite line up. Once their set, go back and just snap them off, use some colored caulk to fill the gap and your done!

No corner pieces

We have purchased this stone for a fireplace that isn't flat against the wall knowing there were no corners because we thought the appearance and quality of the stone was better then anything else we saw. I am asking if anyone else that has used this stone has come up with a remedy for the no corners. We sure hate to return this product because we think it will make a beautiful covering over the existing bedford stone that is there. Gorgeous look, amazing durability at a great price

Looks absolutely beautiful.I just finished both my fireplace surround and backsplash in this stone. An average tile surround would have at least doubled my costs in comparison to using this stone. Applied easily and the end result is amazing. Looks so much better than expected. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stone

Just finished installing this around our fireplace and it's perfect! The colors are very pretty and it was relatively easy to install. We cut the edges half way through with a tile cutter and then nibbled them off with a tile cutter hand tool to make them look more natural.

Great product/price, cuts with tile saw

Quality: Great product, great price. Color is consistent within each lot. Consistency: However, be sure to buy 10-20% more than you need & return the surplus at the end of the project because some pieces will be broken/imperfect. If you don't buy enough out of the same lot, you could end up going back to the store several days/weeks later, picking through a different lot, and having several pieces that look different. Good value, added glitter to make look high end

We were looking specifically for quartz for our fireplace remodel and looked at several places. It was very easy to work with and can't beat the price! We did have some issues with boxes having much darker/blue-er pieces in it, but we just bought extra and returned the colors we didn't think we liked. WOW!! Great product

Like others have mentioned; check the boxes before you purchase to check for broken pieces. Very easy to install. Cut easily with a wet saw. Used to replace builders grade tile surrounding the fireplace; installed marble on the floor. Dramatic results especially considering the cost. First time every laying tile or stone; like I said installation was a cinch; anyone can do it.

Tiles may vary, but patience pays off.

I fell in love with this tile. The finished project looks great. You do however, have to look at every single tile in the box. They vary in color drastically and also many pieces have glue coming through the front. If I had to do a large area, I probably would have selected something else.
