Love it overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we love our appliances. Only draw back would be the amount of time added when using AI and having w frequently you have to clean it. Which this take 4 hours roughly.

Samsung washer is top of the line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features are endless, from washing heavy duty to delicates. You can do a quick wash cycle of about 23 minutes or for a large cycle it can take over 2 hours. It is a large drum and you can stuff your whole bedding set in and be done within less than an hour! The AI feature is amazing, it will do a few turns before detecting what fabric setting it should be on, and detects the correct soil level for your current cycle.

Terrible machine and service

These people do not care if they run customers blood pressure up by sending u wrong defective or no good products. Just terrible!!!

Poor service

Sent me a machine look like used out box rebuilt 2 tone and driver boss name angel had nerve to tell them to leave machine they have other orders to deliver did I say it had no warranty papers. 2 tone suppose be blue all around and machine shake when spinning. Five stars all around!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't love it more, the auto soap dispenser. Amount of clothes it holds (and cleans) the super fast wash and spin cycle. Ease of use and being able to control it from the app. I also like the AI feature in conjunction with the drier. Its gets the most soiled clothes fresh and clean. I haven't used the fabric detection aspect. But I imagine it works as well as the rest of the features

Everything and More!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washer! First of all, its capacity is like no other. It holds comforters and large blankets without issue and even has a waterproof setting to wash things like ski pants. It spins fast and there’s no water left in your clothes! Cleans really well and removes stains, soil, wine etc perfectly. You will not be disappointed!

Hands-down, the best washer I’ve ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Samsung washer. Has a large capacity and get everything clean it’s a text my fabric. What kind of fabrics are in my washer and spin speed is like a phenomenal 1010.

Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front load bespoke is a very nice looking machine and does an amazing job of cleaning and able to handle large loads. It has a good selection of settings too. The k e thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t spin very well for heavier items like a cotton quilt or a large waterproof pet cover for the couch on the normal wash setting. It dies so a better job on the bedding setting. The item is sometimes fairly damp still and I wish the washer h...
