clean washer function doesnt work with error messa

We are pleased with all the function above. Not sure what the "washer cleaner "function does Idpent over an hour to redone to no avail.Guesd it will require a service call.

The liquid soap and fabric softener dispensers are the depth of the machine and hold an insane amount of liquid! I’m a boy mom and wife and the smells! The washing machine tells me when it’s had enough of the odors itself! And suggests the self clean! It learns what cycle you use most often – what temperatures are appropriate for your clothing – and comes up with suggestions for more cost-efficient optio...

Wonderful washer

Huge! And makes laundry super wasy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is amazing. Easily washes kings size comforters and large dog beds. I love that it automatically dispenses detergent and tells you when it needs to be cleaned. And no more up and down the stairs to see if a load is finished…it tells you on the app.

Dish washer review

Super Efficent

Great Ai washer.

I've used AI mode for washing. I love that I can put excessive fabric softener and detergent in there and it measures how much I need for each setting or how much laundry is in there.

Ok enough, but I have minor remorse

This washer is ok. Interface a bit laggy, power button especially. Has had two or three instances where it would refuse to drain and unlock itself. Light in tub could be brighter. Overall I don’t love it but it does its job.

Samsung washer is top of the line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features are endless, from washing heavy duty to delicates. You can do a quick wash cycle of about 23 minutes or for a large cycle it can take over 2 hours. It is a large drum and you can stuff your whole bedding set in and be done within less than an hour! The AI feature is amazing, it will do a few turns before detecting what fabric setting it should be on, and detects the correct soil level for your current cycle.

Terrible machine and service

These people do not care if they run customers blood pressure up by sending u wrong defective or no good products. Just terrible!!!

Poor service

Sent me a machine look like used out box rebuilt 2 tone and driver boss name angel had nerve to tell them to leave machine they have other orders to deliver did I say it had no warranty papers. 2 tone suppose be blue all around and machine shake when spinning. For be used. Poor service been trying get good replacement for a month now. Customer service try to help but delivery warehouse staff argument (Cami ) didn’t even know Samsung makes combo W/Dryer. So sad. Pay too much to go thru head...

So versatile

Awesome product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer 18 months ago for a four member family we run it once every two days Capacity fits very well The clothes are well cleaned And it is AI Operated can detect the Lord detect the weight and the soil and make sure the right settings are applied to it and suggest it So far we haven't seen any problems With the washer and it's still running well I would really recommend for anybody who was looking for a new washer ply

So I really like the product with more advanced features using AI and OT wash sometimes it feels like more convenient rescheduling and washing based timeslots available on the app and it is really good product
