What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this washer for its remarkably quiet operation, excellent cleaning performance, and spacious capacity. Most highlight the efficient, low-vibration spin cycle, intuitive controls, and wide range of customizable wash settings that deliver consistently clean clothes with minimal water usage. Many appreciate how it handles bulky loads like bedding in single cycles, reducing laundry trips. The sleek design and easy-to-use control panel receive frequent praise. A small number report occasional spin-cycle noise or water leaks, though most consider these isolated issues outweighed by the washer's overall performance and reliability.

I bought this washer about a month ago because our old when our other Samsung washer had a master fault only after 2 years.. I can’t believe I bought another Samsung appliance after having a bad experience but hoping this one will be better. Also a plus, got warranty! The vibration is really soft, extraction is very easy on my back, and big capacity for bedding.

Great buy!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer ive ever had the pleasure of using. I was intimidated at first by all that this thing can do but its easy to use and works beautifully every time I have used it especially on that red clay mud here in East Tennessee. It was a little pricey but we'll worth it i have saved several things by using this washer to clean them. Its very quiet and thankfully doesn't shake the house like a earthquake like some other washers I ha...

Great at first
Would Not Recommendthis is my second front loader from samsung. I love them at first, then after a few years the earrings go out and the machine locks up. it cost just as much to fix as it does to buy a new one. I'll be buying a new brand this time. 😕
