Do not buy this!!

I purchased this machine in 2022, I've already had so much problems with it and Samsung associates aren't willing to help me at all to fix the problems!! Definitely don't recommend purchasing this machine, if you want to buy this product you have to pay warranty since Samsung doesn't care about their product or even try to help you without warranty.

Error and broken in less than 3 years

Worked fine under normal use until about 2.5 years in when it started throwing a Check Water Supply error code. Followed all the troubleshooting, from what I can tell it appears to be a faulty water pressure sensor but Samsung wants me to pay to have it someone come out and repair it. I expect a major appliance to last a heck of a lot longer than under three years before breaking. I grew up using the same washing machine for 18 years until going to college. Bad washer, worse company

Washer broke after warranty expired. The issue is we'll documented and it seems like a lot of people experience it. They don't care to fix it and it continues happening. The part that balances the machine breaks and causes catastrophic failure. This machine is still new and their " resolution" was pushing a 30% off coupon or me paying the price of a brand new Washer for a repair. Don't buy samsung washers. They're not built to last and now im out a Washer while paying off this one.

Washer is junk

This is the worst washer ever. As others have mentioned it worked for the first few months and then the banging starts happening during rinse cycle. Unfortunately, we bought this 2 years ago but only started using it 6 months ago (when we finally moved in) due to construction delays with our new home. Samsung will not cover this since it's past the one year mark. Will never buy another samsung again!!

Needs a recall

I've had this washer for 1 year and 8 months. it started to sound like it was full of rocks about a month ago. Finally, this month, the shaking got so violent that it practically destroyed it's self. it would work fine with no clothes, but the moment you add clothes, it sounded like it was full of bricks. I didn't get the extended warranty, so Lowes offered no support. I ordered a new washer, and when the old one was picked up, a solid metal piece fell out that appeared it was failing over time ...

This was a nice wash machine, but it started getting a little loud earlier this year, as in wobbling on the spin cycle. I thought maybe it's normal as it worked and never showed any signs of damage or burning smells. Today, however, it got a lot worse and vibrated across the room. The WORST!!!

This dryer was purchased less than a year ago. Shortly after it was professionally installed, it began to not dry my clothes. It has sensors to detect size of the load, weight, fabric, etc. I even purchased the optional steam kit (and had to pay someone else to install it) and the matching washer. (That was a nightmare; it was completely broken in the first 90 days! Samsung wrote me a refund check and told me to keep it.) Almost Exploded

Thank you extended warranty! Started thumping and walking. Repair person said, "Have you heard of these things exploding?" Fun!!

Unit is less than a year old and has developed significant problems (no longer functions) with normal household use. We are working toward getting it repaired under warranty, but it's already been a month with two tech visits, and a third scheduled. In the meantime, we've had to rent a washing machine. No timeframe as of yet for machine repair.

Poor quality product

6 months into owning it and it can’t hold water and is rattling the whole house. Contacted Samsung for warranty repair. They say they will replace it 3 weeks later still no working washing machine and the matching dryer stops working too (bought at same time)

Worst product I have ever purchased

It stopped working as soon as the warranty ended as if it was programmed for that. The washer started giving all sorts of problems like water overflow "OC error" etc. I have been behind Samsung and their crappy service vendors "Alpha NE electronics" and "Service quick" for over the past 2.5 months to get this issue fixed. Do not buy

after only about 10 months of use, the front center weights broke. No technician in my area, so I had to go back and forth with Samsung and lowes. The whole process took about 3 weeks, and Samsung is difficult to deal with.

Great customer service

The product is great. The customer service was what was really great. Bill in appliances helped me find what I was looking for and continued to update me and communicate with my until I could get to the store to pick it up. Very impressed and happy.

Lots of features, quiet, and easy to operate

The washer has a lot of cleaning settings, including self-clean and steam wash. When washing has completed, a pleasant tune is played. There is wifi for the washer but I have not tried it yet. It was easy to install and learn how to use the machine. It's also much more quiet than my old washer.

Sleek looking and good quality

Sleek and works great! Nice quality and looks great in my remodeled laundry room!

I would love to review it if I had it.
