Would Not Recommend-My main complaint is that the fridge is built crooked and Samsung won't take accountability. Floors, walls are level. The box of the fridge actually is NOT a 90 degree angle, making it so that it is crooked against the frame of your (level) built in, or against a wall. (we delayed a remodel so installed it after the 1 yr warranty is up. But it's clear this is a factory defect so I was hoping they would take accountability. Ice maker doesn't work.
Would RecommendI need an ice maker for my health condition and this fridge has helped dramatically for around a year, but it stopped making ice and it simply won't work. The autofill pitcher is a great addition as well though as I use it to add water to my external ice maker in the meantime. If I were to get assistance from Samsung on fixing my ice maker directly I would rate the fridge a 5 star.

Would Not RecommendI love the size of this refrigerator but when it came time to clean, the glass shelving will not separate from the frame to clean. When something has spilled (I.e.,Dr. pepper), the liquid seeps between the glass and frame to create a dirty look. Also, the shelving is almost IMPOSSIBLE to remove and re-insert. Would Not RecommendHave this model for almost 2 years, average performance. It cools okay but the maintaining it is the pits. If you are particular with cleanliness do not get this. It is impossible to properly clean if something spills, you cannot remove the glass from its plastic casings and colored liquids get trapped forever. Filter needs frequent expensive replacement. It has shelves on the door that are basically useless and the shelf under the drawers is impossible to clean under. if anything leaks under it, you can not remove it to clean so whatever leaked. stays. after 3 or 4 years of owning it now leaks.
