What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally well-received, with customers finding it effective for improving traction and stability, especially for rear-wheel drive vehicles during snowy and icy weather. Some users also mentioned using the sand-filled tubes for other purposes, such as filling holes and providing traction on walkways. However, a few customers experienced issues with punctured or improperly sealed bags, resulting in spilled sand, and some noted concerns about the product's durability over multiple winters. A small number of customers also reported receiving a different weight than advertised.

Customer Service was terrible ( Curb Side )
Would RecommendHonestly, The product was just as it should be, a tube of sand. I ordered on line for curbside pick up, they emailed me, I pulled up and waited in stall #6 and i waited.... and waited some more, I then went inside to see how much longer and I waited at the service desk for someone to help me. It wasn't that anyone was rude it was there wasn't anyone! I decided ot leave and come back the next morning for the pick up. This is nothing new with our local Lowes. The management needs to schedule more ...
