Would RecommendI’m currently building my house and went ahead and put this on the interior bedroom walls. Super easy to install. Holds itself up good in between the studs. I hope that it helps with soundproofing but I won’t know till I live in it compared to a normal house with no interior insulation. It can’t hurt though

Would RecommendThis is outstanding insulation to work with and doesn’t cause the coughing and eye irritation that fiberglass insulation causes.
Good Stuff, Easy to Work With
Would RecommendHuge upgrade over fiberglass. Much easier to work with, no major itch from fibers, and the sound proof is DEFEANING lol. Could tell the night and day damping in a closet when bouncing back and forth between the door frame with road traffic noise galore abounding. More expensive than fiberglass, but is an UPGRADE for sure. Less concerned about mold/mildew as well due to material type.
