What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this insulation for exceptional thermal and acoustic performance, noting warmer homes, reduced energy costs, and significantly dampened noise. Installation is remarkably easy—it cuts smoothly, requires no special tools, causes no skin irritation, and fits snugly into tight spaces, making it ideal for DIY projects and renovations. Most customers declare they will never return to fiberglass, citing superior R-value, better durability, and resistance to fire, mold, water, and insects. A few mention blade dulling during large installations, but this minor drawback is vastly outweighed by overwhelming positive feedback.

Would RecommendRock wool is so much easier to install than fibreglass batts. Maintains its shape, and is easily cut with a bread knife leaving a flat edge.

Great for my Attic Renovation Project
Would RecommendI am in the process of making my attic into a bedroom and this was the first product that I looked at, and after doing my research on the products from other companies and chose this product for its value and for the quality of this product.

Easy To Install
Would RecommendI literally just installed this an hour ago. Very easy to hang in my crawlspace but due to some slightly uneven framing I tried to use hangers. This is way heavier than fiberglass insulation so the hangers didn't hold it. Ended up cutting the batts to the length I needed and putting them in that way in a few trouble areas. Supposed to be very cold tonight so I'll know if my investment paid off in my very drafty new kitchen soon.

why is fiberglass still even used?
Would RecommendDidn't know this type existed till I found it in my attic. Its about 50 years old and appears to have settled A LOT so we were looking to replace it. Thought it is was fiberglass till I read the vapor barrier. This stuff is way more superior to fiberglass! NO itchy skin from fiberglass fibers, highly fire resistant so less worry when used around recessed lighting fixtures, denser than fiberglass and not easily compressed when handling which can lower r value in fiberglass insulation, water res...

Easy soundproofing and insulation
Would RecommendI learned from a woman friend how to use this product for my shed to art studio conversion. It was easy to install, not itchy or messy, and I put it up myself. So much better than fiberglass, and because it soundproofs, excellent for a noisy rural neighborhood.

It Rocks!
Would RecommendWe haven't had the product long enough to see a difference in our heating bill but it was MUCH easier to install than fiberglass. Rockwool was very easy to cut through to maneuver around wires and pipes with only a small amount of dust and mess. We highly recommend this product.

Good product
Would RecommendOverall a good insulation. Very good sound absorbing qualities. 24” construction was a little difficult to install into new construction ceiling. Did not want to stay in the rafters with friction alone. 16” Was not a problem. Wider stuff must just be to heavy. Little itchy when you have to cut it and work over head. Over all seams like really good insulation.

Rockwool Review
Would RecommendGreat product to work with and has made a huge difference in retaining heat in our Florida room. Place this between the joists ofnthe deck the Florida room was built on top of. Only critique is that I had to by this in 23 inch width and then combine pieces. The 15inch width was no longer available in R30

Great insulation. Easy to cut and install without all the itching of fiberglass. Got 24” to cut in half to use in 12 “ center floor joists. Found very easy to cut using the 14 back cut hand saw, alot easier than using a knife.

Does what it says.
Would RecommendHad to redo an addition on my home, practically no insulation at all originally. Once this added, the room now doesn't lose cooling like it used to and it feels much better on the rare cold spell.
