It can be fragile when using a nailer
This would probably work better with glue than a nailer as it seems to split easily. One side is painted white, the other unfinished so you have options. It did seem to be flat and smooth with good square edges, but installation can be a pain if you don't hold your mouth just right.

Would Not RecommendA lot of reviews complain about warping. I bought sixteen that looked perfect in the store. Each was individually wrapped in plastic. I removed the plastic, cut them to size, and put them aside to paint the next day. There was significant cupping overnight but not enough to make them unusable.
Perfect fit but needed some blemishes removed.
Would RecommendThe sizing was great but the white primer had some issues that required me to do some sanding. Overall it was a very nice fit and they looked great once I applied a couple coats of paint and polyurethane sealer.
