What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this carpet cleaner for exceptional stain removal and odor elimination, particularly for pet accidents. Reviewers consistently report it removes tough pet urine stains and odors where other products failed, restoring even 40-year-old carpets to near-new condition. Many highlight its fresh scent and ability to deodorize while cleaning, noting it outperforms competitors. Users appreciate its reliability, ease of use with standard carpet machines, and value despite higher cost. A few mention it requires multiple passes on heavy stains or takes longer to dry, but most consider results well worth the investment.
