Decent low cost window. There are two things that need to be fixed on this window: 1. The little rollers all wobble, so when the window is opened/closed, the slider rumbles, rather than having a smooth glide. 2. It is extremely difficult to lift the sliding panel up and out of the frame, which is very important for cleaning the outside of the fixed panel. There’s not enough clearance at the bottom of the frame for the little rollers to fit out, so a shim needs to be jammed in to create the c...

Very sturdy. Flange is easy to use for install. Window has a nice tint to it that makes outside looks beautiful and reduces glare.
