Would RecommendChose this option for flashing tape because of the asphalt component. It worked great to wrap pipe clamps that would be buried underground and can serve as a good all around option for preventing moisture damage on various projects. Not as tough as the comparable Gorilla tape, but more economical.

Great Water Proofing Easy Install
Would RecommendI think I purchased 5-6 of these in total, if not more, used it for multiple projects. First usage was a test for water proofing bottom of 4x4 posts I installed for a privacy fence in our yard, that we held in with foam bag. The tape was easy to install and cut as needed, and held on great once adhered. Then I used it for water proof on a few larger areas on porches, and a DIY Shed. Again easy to cut, easy to install, and proofs great water proofing, will use as needed for future projects.

Would RecommendFlashing was easy to cut with utility knife. Product was easy to apply as long as you peel off the backing as your applying it. Had to work the tape as it was in the mid fourties’ when I installed it. Only time will tell how well it works.
