Good wood ruined by bar code
Would Not RecommendRed oak sold at Lowes is high quality as milled and finished, but at $48 per linear foot, it is imperative to use every inch. That is made difficult by a bar code sticker on the surface of the boards rather than on the end. It leaves a blemish on the finished wood.
