Would RecommendBought expecting lower quality but to my surprise they have been holding up pretty well with two kids bumping into them everyday. It was easy to paint over and the finish was satisfactory.

Make quick work of your flooring project
Great product. Only nit is that you have to search through the pieces to make sure you get one that isn't damaged. I replaced old vinyl cove base with this for a classier look. It's so easy with a chop saw, glue, and some finishing nails. The white means I don't have to prep or even paint right away. When I have more time, I'll go back and use paintable caulk in any gaps (e.g., corners that aren't square) or nail holes, and then paint with a nice gloss.
