I ordered this item, but it was never delivered. They left 11/16 shoe moulding instead (something I had not ordered). I've been trying to contact Lowe's for multiple days to let them know they dropped off the wrong order, but not once has the "deliveries" department answered the phone, and when I've tried twice to do online/chat help, the first person asked me to wait while they reviewed my message and then I sat there watching typing bubbles while receiving nothing until a message came through ...

Product Fine. Lowes purchase process abysmal.
Would RecommendLowes had 74 of item in stock on the day I bought 53 boards and paid $79 for delivery (more on that later). The day before delivery Lowes calls and says we can only deliver 48. We will credit you for the 5 not being delivered and you have to go to another Lowes on your own if you want the other 5. I call the next closet Lowes and am advised the product will be $99 and delivery $79. Lowes Delivery says they can't do anything and that there is no delivery credit as they couldn't fullfill the orde...
