Wrong pane number
Would Not RecommendPicture is deceiving! Do not order this window if you want 4 pane! It is 6 over 6! I went back to Lowe’s to get the right number of panes and all they carry is 6 over 6! Very rude customer service they just shrugged and said take the 6 or don’t have a window.

Poor Customer Servicce
Would Not RecommendI purchased 16 of these windows for my new home that is being constructed 1 month ago. One of the springs has come unclipped at the bottom of the windows which causes the window to not stay up. When I reached out to TAFCO's customer services they response was remove the window and take back to Lowes. I explained to him that this was not an option. They were of no help. Very disappointed in this product. I wish I would have invested in custom windows. I would not recommended.
