Would RecommendI got these for my kids swing set. We have a few extra attachments for the kids to use, but got some extra chain so they can swap out the seats and other stuff so they can put Olympic rings, baby swing, or other types of stuff on their set. Holds up great in the weather so far.

Product is okay. Employees are pretty much nowhere
I am a 68-year-old woman and no one around to help. But when I paid for the chain I was asked if I found what I needed. No, no one ever came back to cut the chain. Since no one would help me I had to use the huge cutter. I asked for help when I first went in and for the location for links of chain. No one ever came to help me.

On third attempt, they finally gave me correct item. This encounter took an incredibly long time, I had to come into store even though I signed up for cu...

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Pressed the help button 6 times to have someone cut the chain. No one ever came to cut it. I ended up cutting it myself
