Difficult to disassemble
The Dallas lever for closet door (dummy) was extremely difficult to remove the chassis from the faceplate. Called the customer service and emailed six times. I never got a clear answer or anything that worked. If you get a flat screwdriver under the tab that goes in the slot on the faceplate and lift and then twist the chassis you can release it. For some reason their team doesn’t know this. Once that was figured out it was fine.

Would RecommendThe look and feel of these handles are sheik and up to date. It took me 4 minutes per door to install and was easy to switch between door sides. I use these handles on interior and exterior doors and it hasn’t corroded on me and functions extremely great and is ergonomic.
