Seems pretty heavy duty. Very easy installation, works really well.Looks great on the door. The lighted keypad is a plus! Recommended.

Good simple lock

Installation was easy. Set up not so much due to the instructions. Just look up you tube video for set up. After I did that it worked great. Can't speak on longevity of the batteries yet.

Bought this to replace my failed electronic deadbolt. Easy installation, works great and has good features like 10 second auto lock. Can't beat it for the price if you don't need or want a smart deadbolt. I didn't so I don't have to worry about hacking.

Good lock

It is a good lock for what we needed- a lock on a door for a storage area in our house. So its not used all the time, but is good for what we needed. Programming the lock was a bit complicated, be sure to follow the directions perfectly or you will be frustrated!

Delivered an open box package

I ordered a new electronic deadbolt and was delivered one that had been opened. Hardware package was open, hardware loose, box in rough shape and held together with tape. It was more than obvious this was a return and no effort was made to make it presentable. Not the first time I have had issues - I am done using Lowes...

Complicated Programming that never worked

There is a reason this lock is not that expensive. Within 6 months I bought an upgrade from a different more reputable brand. This product has poor instructions and after figuring out how to program the keypad, it worked three times and then acted as if I put in the wrong code. The worst.

Right out of the box I was having issues programming. The deadbolt did not come with instructions so I was left with trial and error. I got it installed in the door, but I had continuous issues getting it programmed. Before returning into the store, I installed a brand new set of batteries. It worked for about a week to two weeks and we are back to flashing red and beeping five times. I will be returning this.

Poor quality

Poor quality, stopped working within 30 days and store will not refund or exchange. This is a house brand item and Lowes wouldn't cover exchange or refund exactly one month from purchase.
