Would RecommendI first used it on the top edge of my cabinets, than added a wider crown. I then turned it upside down and put it along the bottom edge of the cabinets. It is exactly the look I was going for and am pleased with the result.

Would RecommendI used this for layered molding. It cuts well with no splintering. I used a brad nail gun to put it up and no splintering either. I painted it white and it looks good. It was at a good price too.

Look at it closely before buying
We had to sort through a lot to find unchipped and straight boards. Some of the primer came off onto the painters tape when we painted the walls.

Would RecommendContractor installed for crown molding. A little small wouldn't recommend this product for that use. But it's a high quality product.

Would RecommendBecause Lowe's only sells moulding in precut lengths, be careful to inspect that there's no major defects or warps. Otherwise, it serves its purpose as a simple, easy to use crown moulding.
