flawed half screen design
Would Not Recommendhalf screen cannot stay on top when the top window is open. The top window pushes down the screen.
One of the 3 windows is missing bottom grids
Would Not RecommendWe purchased three of these windows, and after installation, we noticed that one of them only had grids on the top section, leaving the bottom completely bare. This design inconsistency is noticeable from the outside and makes the window stand out awkwardly. We’re unsure how to fix it, but it’s disappointing that it wasn’t clear before installation. Overall, the mismatch affects the uniform look we were aiming for.

Would Not RecommendThese are Atrium Reliabilt series 3201 double hung, in my opinion low-grade windows. They work OK. The first sales rep came to take my order in November 2024 and then I never heard back from him so I had to start over with another sales rep, then the contractors had to come measure windows and it took another 4 months to get the windows in and another couple weeks to get them installed so it isn’t a quick process. it was almost April when they were finally installed. Ordered 2 windows, both scratched
Would Not RecommendI ordered two 3201's and both windows have scratches on them. It wasn't noticed until they were cleaned. They are in the same place. It did not happen during installation and the packaging was in good shape. This was obviously a factory issue. Trying to contact someone to ship me out just the part that is broken because it would be impossible to take out the entire window without significant work.
