RELIABILT 3201 Series 31-3/4-in x 53-1/2-in White Exterior White Interior Vinyl Replacement Double Pane Glass Argon gas (Half Screen Included)

Price increase despite quality issues

Bought one of these to try out based on the mixed reviews because of price. Observed some of the rough finish, glass scratches and slightly uneven Sash closing ( bow in upper frame) as mentioned. Screen material was already coming out when unwrapped. Price increased 20% last week so it's no longer a good value for the price. Can get better made single hung for less now.

Disappointed

These are Atrium Reliabilt series 3201 double hung, in my opinion low-grade windows. They work OK. The first sales rep came to take my order in November 2024 and then I never heard back from him so I had to start over with another sales rep, then the contractors had to come measure windows and it took another 4 months to get the windows in and another couple weeks to get them installed so it isn’t a quick process. it was almost April when they were finally installed. Plus, the 2nd sales rep...

Buyer Beware - Warranty Issue

We purchased Reliabilt windows in Dec 2010 for our whole house (27 windows). We were very pleased with how things went and Lowes and the subcontractor did a good job getting them in. Energy savings were immediate (even here in South Carolina). But fast forward 8 years and I noticed several of the upper sashs starting to fog (seal leaked). I finally found that we had 7 upper sashs fogged up. So, I took out the warranty and started the process. That is where things go down hill. I tried dealing...

Best price best specs

I've purchased 6 of these. Install was super easy. They look great. These have the best specs compared to similar prices and some that are more expensive. These are your money's worth! I will likely be getting 18 more.

Customer Service Lies

I paid $1,056 for the set and was told by customer service it it went on sale with in 30 days they would reimburse the difference … they are now on sale 7 days later for $996 and Lowe’s customer service will not reimburse the difference.

One of the 3 windows is missing bottom grids

We purchased three of these windows, and after installation, we noticed that one of them only had grids on the top section, leaving the bottom completely bare. This design inconsistency is noticeable from the outside and makes the window stand out awkwardly. We’re unsure how to fix it, but it’s disappointing that it wasn’t clear before installation. Overall, the mismatch affects the uniform look we were aiming for.

Reliability windows

Bought 11 Lowe’s Reliabilt windows for my 3 story home while doing a major home project. There was a lot that went wrong dealing with Lowe’s for all my materials. However, their Reliabilt windows was not one of them. Before I purchase these windows my homes was drafty and cold including my bedroom. After extensive window research for price and reliability I settled on Lowe’s Reliabilt windows and one year later I’m glad I did. I went from sleeping with heavy sweat pant and shirts during the wint...

Best window For The Price!!!

I could only afford to get two of these when they were on sale. I live on a fixed income, so I figured that I could wait and buy a one or two at a time when a sale rolls back around. The window is very sturdy and seems every bit as good as the over $1000 windows from a place out of South Carolina, and the over $800 windows from another big box store. This Reliabilt Window also looks every bit as good and sturdy as the windows they sell at that so-called (I will say less than $200) window company...
